Should I bring cash? I will be touring many countries, and not all of them use Euro. What should I do?

I find a money belt to be very usefull when i need to carry cash not the obvious kind but one that looks like a belt and has a large zip from one end to the other on the inside .
This link will give you a few ideas.
Most countrys have cashpoint machines now and whilst this is a little more expensive in terms of charges saves on carrying travellers cheques and large amounts of money and automatically changes currency for what you require.
    Hope this helps

First of all. Its always good to carry a little cash on you so at least when you get back to your home country you can have some money if you need it.

I recommend just taking your ATM card and using this. In the long run it is much much cheaper than taking cash or travelers checks to convert. When you take cash your forced to go to currency conversion places or banks to convert your money. On average you loose about 15% - 20% doing it this way. Using the ATM card and credit cards (to make purchases) they only charge you a 1-2% currency conversion fee and the rates are market rates.

I wrote an article about this along with details on what to pack for this type trip in my blog.

    You can see it at:

    Happy travels!
