Try something different like a fruit spread like jam or like a mixed veggie and light, low fat cream cheese spread.Good ideas, eh?

    Good luck.

Easy cheese is one of my favorites. It comes in a variety of flavors and it is portable. Best of all you don’t need to spread it, it is in a finger triggered can!

cheese spreads, cream cheese spreads, beef salad spreads, chicken salad spreads, almost anything, including peanut butter spreads.

You can flavor lots of things and put it in small containers like zip lock sandwich bags. Just be sure not to use anything like Mayo or salad dressings with Mayo base unless you have blue ice packs to keep them cool.

Be nice and pack all your trash back out with you!!

A tasty but far less healthy spread is cheese whiz in various flavors.
I have used jellies and marmalades as spreads as well.

Nutella is a great chocolate hazelnut spread if you want something sweet. It’s great with sliced banaas too.

I like canned sardines in oil. Get the real quality ones that cost about $4.00 per can.
